If you are using the 'Avid Duet for Pro Tools' (the all-black version that comes bundled with Pro Tools software), it will not show up in the 'Apogee Maestro' application. You will need to install the 'Pro Tools I/O Control' app from Avid's website. Once you download and install this app, you should launch the 'Pro Tools Duet Firmware Updater' (found in ApplicationsUtilities'Pro Tools Duet Firmware Updater') and confirm that the firmware is up to date and then launch the 'Pro Tools I/O Control' app from your Applications folder.
